Well, I for instance don't share that opinion. Nobody is beyond
criticism, and at some occasions criticism can be the very thing that
can save someone from making irreversible mistakes. Since Sarasvati
Thakura's lineage resulted in two very problematic organizations
(Gaudiya Math and ISKCON), it would be a serious mistake not to
inspect the background of those failures.

He was probably avoiding asat sanga, the bad company. :))

The big mistake with that theory is that "Prabhupada" simply wasn't on
that spiritual level. He was a person who functioned on the astral
plane with the peaks in the mental plane, and who tried to speak of
much higher levels, far beyond his limited experience. He was
therefore mostly wrong, but he sometimes managed to make a valid
point.
