This site contains very harmful propaganda that can actually _cause_
Kundalini-related problems; almost equally harmful as Gopi Krishna's
babble. I would suggest a visit to http://www.kundalini-gateway.org/
and the Kundalini-gateway mailing list. Of course, one _needs_ proper
training, but Kundalini is dangerous only if you approach it as the
problem and the enemy. That's what sites like this one can accomplish;
something changes beyond the Almighty Ego's will, and it's
automatically labeled as the problem and the disease.
Ego is the disease. Kundalini is the treatment. God is the cure.
