I know it is very hard to go through the process, and it is possible to
stop it altogether... however, I think if you do you will be losing out.
In my opinion, which I share with Gopi Krishna - the foremost writer on
this topic, it is the next stage of the evolution of man as a species. It
is the step that will assure that a creative being called human will
occupy a unique position in God's universe--we are being designed if you
will by the designer to take up a new role. We shall be the material,
spirit and will in one being with full creative capacity. We will be the
prototype for a whole new type of being that is to come to occupy a whole
new arena of the universe which WE will design out of our elevated
capacities with full kundalini awakening. Sounds pretty far out.. and
rather vague too.. but this is how I have come to see it through many
years of pondering the meaning of this awakening.
The Kundalini is the reptilian energy in us.. it is NATURE in us fully
active. A little inconvenience and discomfort is a small price to pay for
it. In ancient times Yogis lived for centuries to have this experience,
and I have heard of yogis doing intense yoga for 30 years and never even
having a glimpse of it. That you have it without effort speaks of your
great good fortune, your advanced spiritual state [from other lifetimes]
and the sign of the times we live in....for the activation of this
Kundalini in so many is created by the ascension of the planet Earth that
we inhabit. She, Goddess Gaia, is accelerating and vibrating at a higher
rate.. and this automatically triggers certain human beings to wake up in
this way.
When you complain about the pain.. there is a simple solution but it is
not easy to do it. That is surrender into the pain and find out WHY you
are resisting the ascent of the energy that seeks to reach her goal.
Shakti is the female who awakens at the root chakra and she seeks her
Lord Shiva ( in the crown chakra). She snakes up through all the nadis
(subtle channels) cleaning out all the impressions of the past that have
left dirty blocks in your subtle body
and she heads directly to her Lord. The blocks on the way cause kriyas..
which are strange body movements which affect the physical body, and the
emotional body creating all these symptoms which you experience. They are
all YOURS... no one else owns them. You have created these blocks, and you
now have a chance to unlock them. It is as if the tape of your past
lives is erasing.. after how many thousands of years of going in one
direction...creating more and more illusion or separation from the Self.
And with the Kundalini, you have a chance to erase that whole mess.. and
return to the truth of Who You Are. Now this is easy to say... but there
are people who can help you to unblock these areas. Acupuncture,
acupressure, psychic surgeons, and various other healers who can see the
ki(chi, or prana) in the body and facilitate the blocks there. This is
why a Master is necessary to everyone. The dangers are very REAL.. and yet
the outcome after a few years of suffering... is transformation into an
entirely advanced, fully creative being. You think about it. Is that
pain so very awful when you balance it against the benefits? Take time
off work...cut down your commitments to the paradigm of 9 - 5 and let the
Kundalini come as She will... you are very much being blessed.
PS I also believe that just as our body has subtle channels for the ki,
chi or prana - so do does the Earth and our rituals and ceremonies on the
planet are like acupuncture for Gaia.. we are freeing up her kundalini and
allowing her to ascend just as we are also doing.
