{"id":1929,"date":"2020-02-19T13:08:43","date_gmt":"2020-02-19T12:08:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.danijel.org\/blog\/?p=1929"},"modified":"2020-02-19T13:09:23","modified_gmt":"2020-02-19T12:09:23","slug":"metal-market-periodicity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.danijel.org\/blog\/metal-market-periodicity\/","title":{"rendered":"Metal market periodicity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I was thinking about the current rise of gold and silver prices and trying to figure out an apparent cause, when I looked at a 2 year graph and stumbled upon this interesting thing:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.danijel.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/gold_cycle.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1930\" src=\"https:\/\/www.danijel.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/gold_cycle.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1572\" height=\"805\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.danijel.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/silver_cycle.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1931\" src=\"https:\/\/www.danijel.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/silver_cycle.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1567\" height=\"811\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There seems to be a 6 month cycle of sudden rises and subsequent slow drops, like teeth on a saw blade, and the &#8220;blade&#8221; has a 20\u00b0 incline, approximately. This means that the current events have very little to do with the pattern, as tempting it may be for one to grasp at them, looking for explanations.
