{"id":4487,"date":"2025-08-18T18:10:15","date_gmt":"2025-08-18T17:10:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.danijel.org\/blog\/?p=4487"},"modified":"2025-08-18T18:10:15","modified_gmt":"2025-08-18T17:10:15","slug":"wtf-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.danijel.org\/blog\/wtf-2\/","title":{"rendered":"WTF?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">Those space fantasy stories I\u2019ve been reading, something just struck me.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Most of them are normal stuff \u2013 a soldier saves a child buried in rubble, or a gravely injured woman belonging to the enemy species, and it changes his life because he finds purpose.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">However, I just noticed a trend in some of those stories: huge corporations experimenting on children in illegal facilities. Then I remembered stories from American-occupied nations at war, children and adults being harvested for organs, or for the human slavery sex market, and I was like \u201coh, fuck\u201d. Yeah. Who knows what those American soldiers saw or heard, other than wishing they saved women and children instead of ignoring or killing them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Those space fantasy stories I\u2019ve been reading, something just struck me.
